More on what has happened this summer.....

Why is it that I always seem to be posting on here late at night?  May be its because that is the only time I get a chance to.  Another change over this summer has been Robert's job.  He has been driving for RJ Vyhnalek for over a year and a half, well after the fire things got really bad at the company.

We owed the company a lot of money from when they helped us in Denver, Robert and his boss had come to an agreement before the fire that they would not take his full paycheck every week so we could continue to live and pay our bills, and that worked out great until the fire...  After the fire we never got a paycheck again.  Rose Vyhnalek was taking money out of Robert's paycheck to pay his child support and then not sending the money to Texas.  Some weeks she would not take out taxes because she said there was no reason to.  Then the next week when he made more money she took out double the amount of taxes to make up the difference.  Robert finally got tired of that when Robert Vyhnalek started messing up on loads and then yelling at my husband for his own mistakes.  That was all it took for my husband to say enough was enough.  He called up and told the company he wanted to come back to the yard that he was done.

As Robert was on his way in he started to call the different companies out there and he found one close to home.  Robert now drives for Nebraska Atlantic out of Gretna, NE.  We are making money now!  It is going to take us a little time to get back on our feet however, we will make it.  If Robert had stayed with Vyhnalek we would have lost everything.

Everything else is going okay.  I am working on getting a part time job for just either money to put away or spending cash for all of us.

While I was on the road with Robert I had to go down for my deposition on my case.  I found out a few days ago they are ready to go to mediation.  I don't know if my spelling on that is right.  So it looks like things should be done so with all that.  Well I guess that is it for now, I will keep you updated on stuff.  We love and Miss you all.
